10 + 1 Tips On Holistic Happiness

Today my blog has reached a milestone: 100 posts. I would like to give you eleven tips on how to achieve holistic happiness. physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

What Is Holistic Happiness

My blog comprises the four aspects of happiness: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, the four of five subtleties we have. Holistic happiness means that all these four aspects are equally important and that they are interdependent. It means that none can be omitted or neglected because then the rest will also be impaired.

Why 10 + 1 Not 100 Tips

Firstly, it would be too much to apply instantly, secondly, ten bigger tips will work ten times more than 100 small ones. Therefore, I have chosen ten golden tips from all my 99 previous posts. The eleventh tip will be new, not described before.

The 11 Tips On Holistic Happiness

1. Take Responsibility For Your Life

Firstly, become responsible for your thoughts, words and deeds. I have also listed some more areas of your life, for which you are responsible:

  • your relationships,
  • your finance,
  • the quality of your communication,
  • the quality of the time you spend on various activities,
  • your health,
  • your work.

2. Live According to Universal Laws

There are four articles I have written about how to live according to Universal Laws. For those who do not remember these laws, let me list some of them here:

  • the Law of Attraction,
  • the law of Vibration,
  • the Law of Correspondence,
  • the Law of Cause And Effect,
  • the Law of Focus.

Universal laws are connected with various cycles and I have written five articles about the lunar influence plus one about the winter solstice.

3. Be Grateful

I have given you twelve ways in which you can manifest gratitude in your life. Think about how you could show your gratitude today.

4. Forgive

In the case of forgiveness, we often forget that self-forgiveness is even more important then to forgive others. Forgiving enables you to shed the heavy baggage from your arms and turn over a new leaf in your life.

5. Follow the Values of Light

Some of these values are described in my article about living in the Light. Here are the examples:

  • patience,
  • acceptance,
  • understanding (others and yourself),
  • generosity,
  • forgiveness.

Living in the Light means behaving according to the values listed above at all times. So, for example, you accept everything, even the worst evil, because all has a purpose in the Universe. Bear in mind, that during each next life, the value of the Light you are learning will be at a harder level. For instance, first, you learn how to forgive your kins, but your next life will involve the forgiving of a rape or the murder of your only child.

6. Take Care Of Your Aura And Chakras

It is probably one of the main topics on this blog, together with vibrations. I will not give you links to all the articles about chakras and aura but check the tag “aura” and you will find around fifteen entries. You have learnt so far:

  • when your chakras are balanced or imbalanced, healthy or unhealthy,
  • how to balance your chakras by affirmations, music, crystals, massage, yoga and essential oils.

And I can assure you, these are not all the ways of balancing your chakras, so look forward to reading some new posts in the future.

7. Raise Your Personal Vibrations

You can find 12 efficient ways of how to raise vibrations on this website. Some of them include smudging, taking a sea salt bath, listening to the 432 or 528 Hz music or meditating.

8. Raise the Vibrations Of Your Space

There is also an article about how to raise the vibrations of your house. Clearing the clutter ( three posts) is one of the most important issues and you can find some articles about it, too.

9. Take Care Of Your Body

Health is a very important area of holistic happiness. So far you have been able to read about Michail Tombak’s teachings (part one and two). I also wrote what shortens or elongates your life and about the reasons for becoming ill (three articles).

10. Manage Your Thoughts, Words and Deeds

Mental hygiene is crucially important for holistic happiness. as thoughts materialise and you can even heal by them, responsible thinking is so important. Master the skill of dumping negative thoughts as soon as they emerge.

10 + 1. Manage Your Emotions

It is the issue about which I have not written much yet. Firstly, let’s learn what emotions can be challenging and, therefore, sometimes an obstacle to holistic happiness (it is not the whole list yet):


This emotion causes the most evil in the world and it is the most destructive of all the negative emotions. It either means intense hostility and aversion usually deriving from fear, anger, or sense of injury or extreme dislike or disgust. It can also mean a systematic and especially politically exploited expression of hatred


According to Google Dictionary, it is ” a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility. ” I can add that anger occurs when your boundaries are crossed and someone “attacks” your territory (which may not necessarily be physical one). Anger means lack of acceptance for violation of your rights.


This emotion appears when you are angry with not achieving what you want when your dreams do not come true when you do not accept the reality different than the expected one by you.


This emotion comes from the fact of having committed a specified or implied offence or crime. However, guilt can be healthy and unhealthy and we often follow the second one, carrying the faults which are not ours.


It is a feeling of indignant displeasure or persistent ill will at something regarded as a wrong, insult, or injury.


In psychology, the emotional reaction and mood of bitterness are referred to as ’embitterment’. It is an emotional state of feeling let down and unable to do anything about. You cannot let go of the negativity from your life.


It is an aversion caused by something distressful. In the spiritual world, this emotion manifests a lack of acceptance and understanding.


It is a painful emotion caused by the consciousness of guilt, shortcoming, or impropriety. Shame is a very efficient tool to control other individuals.


It means being affected with or expressive of grief or unhappiness. In other words, being downcast. You can be sad because of many reasons. Just answer why you are sad.

Fear, Anxiety

Fear is a healthy reaction to a dangerous situation. Anxiety, on the other hand, is a kind of irrational fear, for something that does not exist. Both lead to worrying and rumination.

How To Manage Negative Emotions

The topic is very broad and I promise, I will write more about emotional management next year. However, to give you an idea of what to do in the case of emotional negativity attack, let’s try these tips:

Use your physicality

Kicking, chewing, throwing, hitting are perfect tools for dissolving anger, frustration and any other fierce emotion. Writing helps to dissolve grudge, guilt, disgust and bitterness.

You can also use your voice, shouting, crying on an open space or singing rock music can help to get shot of anger, hate, disgust or frustration.
