Lately, you could have read about vibrations on my blog; when they are high and when low. Today you will learn what to do to increase the vibrations for you will stay on higher frequencies when negative energies attack.

Now when you learned how to recognise the frequencies you stay at you may need some help in case when your vibrations plummet. It is just to think about something painful out of the blue or to hear someone talking behind your back to feel heavy negative energy around your aura. So what to do then?

12 Ways How To Raise Vibrations

Some of then will bring you instant relief, some require more effort. Nevertheless, all work and have been tested by me. In most cases you do not need to spend a fortune to raise your vibrations and in some cases the cost is free, only your time and motivation may be needed.

1. Change Your Language

Did you know that changing only some words in your language can transform your life? If you do not believe me, start avoiding offensive words for some days and check what will happen. I can assure you that people will be nicer and there will be fewer stings.

Substituting some words with others will raise your vibrations. Examples? Start avoiding words like “impossible”, “I can’t”, “idiot, jerk stupid etc.” I have deliberately crossed them out because they paralyse your divine strength.

Instead, start saying I HAVE THE STRENGTH TO…, WONDERFUL GIFTS FROM THE UNIVERSE, THANK YOU, I LOVE YOU, I FORGIVE YOU, I AM CLOSING THE PAST.

2. Think of Someone You Love and/Or Thank Them

The power of love is enormous, especially if it is the unconditional love. When you feel negative energy around, just start thinking of that special person who you love. It also can be someone from your family or your pet.

So the next time when you hear offensive language around you, when someone stings you, when a crazy driver cuts you in overtaking in a dangerous way… relax and think of someone who is dear for your heart.

3. Take a Bath In a Sea Salt

Sometimes your aura can be very dirty because of the exposure to extreme negativity. You meet emotional vampires, also among your family members and co-workers. People have conflicts and arguments emerge. You meet frustrated, angry people. Your thoughts bomb you with worry or painful past incidents, reminding you the bad in your life.

Then… say ENOUGH. Now I will cleanse my space and regain high vibrations. Prepare a wonderful bath with sea salt for yourself and engulf in the cleansing power of this strong energetic remedy. While having a bath, visualise the water cleansing all your body and subtleties. Soak in the water for half an hour. Do not rinse until the next day.

4. Use Crystals

Many crystals have cleansing properties. Clear quartz or fluorite are the most famous of them. Take one piece, grip firmly and visualise the dark energy is coming from you to the crystal. When you feel better remember to rinse the crystal under current water and dry so that you can use it the next time.

5. Play Some Music Raising Frequencies

Music can be very helpful during the attack of low vibrations. I have practised it many times. Just turn on the uplifting music from your phone, computer or directly from YouTube. Some frequencies are especially beneficial for dissolving negativity from your space: the 432 Hz and the 528 Hz. Here is another example from YouTube:

6. Smudge Yourself And Your Space With White Sage

White sage is known from its strong cleansing properties. Close all the windoiws. Wave the smoke into all corners, across doorways and into shadow spaces. To maintain the atmosphere of ritual, keep repeating the incantation in your mind as you diffuse the smoke. Once the space is cleared, allow the sage bundle to either burn out or gently press it out in your heat-proof shell or container. Don’t forget to air the house thoroughly after the ritual.

7. Visualisation

To use white light protection, sit, still and quietly, and imagine a strong, protective white light moving around your body, mind and soul, and forming a shield around you to block negativity. For a better result you can say: LIGHT – HARMONY – PEACE or LOVE – HARMONY – PEACE.

8. Cleansing Purple Light

Instead of the white light, you can use the purple colour, too. Then you do not only cleanse your aura, but also protect it. Have a shower and while you are under it, visualise the purple water cleansing your aura from all the negative energy which is dissolved and flows out of the shower cabin. You can also say some magic words three times:
“May all that is evil soak to the earth. may all that is in the earth turn into good things.”

9. Purple Wall

Sometimes you are among negative people and cannot avoid it. Then visualise the purple wall separating you from these people and focus on your divine strength. Instead of the wall you can surround yourself with the purple circle and visualise that it does not let anything go through.

10. Writing

You can use affirmations or any other statements to raise your vibrations. For example, write 9 or 27 times I LOVE YOU or THANK YOU and your auric field will be much cleaner. You can also write this mantra: I LOVE I THANK YOU I APOLOGISE TO YOU ANS PLEASE FORGIVE ME.You can also write: I LET (NEGATIVE THOUGHTS, THE PERSON X) GO or in a direct way: X, GO AWAY, I RETURN YOU FREEDOM NOW. For the better result, you can add your name after “I’

11. Light Candles

Candles are powerful tools in cleansing your space from negative energy. Lighting candles during meditation is a wonderful way to support the meditative process. Wax candles are the best. Candles represent different spiritual energies depending on the colored candle you use. For example if you are primarily mediating with the deep rose-pink ray of spiritual love, lighting a pink candle is a powerful way to support your light work. Or if you are working with the prosperity ray, lighting a turquoise candle supports your effort to build your consciousness of abundance. It’s a good idea to have a collection of various colored candles as part of your meditation practice.

12. Meditate

Regular meditation together with living in the light is the best protection against the evil forces and keeping you at high frequencies. When I meditate first I move to a starting place where I can feel safe and relaxed. Then I visualise the waterfall, stand under it and cleanse my body and aura from negative energies. Next, depending on the intention, I can work with my heart, with the green energy of healing or the purple flame for burning even more negativity. Each meditation is ended by charging with the four energies : Fire, Earth Wind and Water.

In a Nutshell

I have listed you 12 ways of raising your vibrations. You do not need to use all of them at one go, but the more you combine, the more powerful the effect of increasing your frequencies and the better protection.
