Mistakes are very common during meditation, especially when you are the beginner. You have already learned six of the most common ones, today I will describe some more serious, more subtle, but also important pitfalls.

More Mistakes Made During Meditation
Now I will describe to you some more mistakes, also very serious which need to be avoided in order to make your meditation work.
7. Beating Up Yourself
Never become frustrated because you have not managed to do your meditation properly. Maybe more practice is needed and you are the beginner. Don’t expect superb results and solving all the problems in the way you want.
Remember that being relaxed is a must in order to hear your soul’s voice and see his or her messages presented as images. Meditation should be the time of relaxing and rest, being totally free from worries and intrusive thoughts. You are charging with the energy of rest.
Sometimes you might not feel this energy properly so that just remain in the relaxing state. When you start meditating, firstly focus on being relaxed and staying in rest, charging with the energy of the four Forces of nature – the Sun, Water, Wind and Earth. later you can add solving problems.
8. Negative Beliefs About Meditation In Your Mind
You may be very motivated to meditate successfully. However, your mind can be full of false and negative beliefs, coming from religion or social programming. In order to cope with them, command your mind:
MY DEAR MIND, MEDITATION IS A RELAXING STATE AND A REST. I WANT TO REST, I WANT TO MEDITATE.
9. Good Or Bad Meditation
You mioght think that some of your meditations are useless, bad and have not given you anything. However, the truth is different:
THERE ARE NO GOOD OR BAD MEDITATIONS, THEY ARE ADEQUATE TO YOUR CURRENT SITUATION.
Perfectionism is also undesirable in the spiritual world. It is not important if you were able to see images from all the parts of meditation if you were able to focus on them all the time. Any time of focus and an image seen means a lot and causes that your meditation has been effective.
Each your meditation will be different because you might want to travel through your incarnations and some of them might cause this journey difficult. Moreover, your meditation will be different than your friend’s and comparing them is useless.
10. God Does Not Exist
If it were the truth, no one would meditate. But if you are able to meditate, God exists. Remember that
YOU ARE THE WONDER, THE BELOVED CHILD OF GOD, MOTHER EARTH AND ALL THE UNIVERSE, WHO CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE AND WHO IS CAPABLE OF MEDITATING. YOU KNOW, YOU CAN AND YOU ARE ABLE TO MEDITATE.
Regardless of what people will say about you, regardless of your past incarnations – you CAN meditate and connect with the Source – God. And during meditation you can rest, you can charge with the energy of the Four Forces of Nature plus – you can experience the spiritual world.
Some Types Of People Meditating
There are some types of people and each of them mediates in a different way:
I can’t see but I can feel
It may happen that you belong to this category. Dolphins, you can smell them, feel their touch, hear their sounds… but it is hard for you to describe how they look like. There is nothing wrong in such a way of perception during meditation.
I can see the colour
Each colour has a meaning in the spiritual world. White means purity, cleanses negative energies, gold or yellow – God’s love, silver – longevity, blue – thorough purification, purple – spiritual detox, deep connection with God, protection, green – healing, brown – the Earth. Red, black and grey do not have positive spiritual meanings, they signal challenges. I am not talking about chakras here, where red is the colour of the first one.
If you see colours during meditation it means that your body is set according to the colour – for cleansing, healing or spiritual connection with the Source.
I can see the images
This is a good sign, but you need to control your mind the most here because it will be trying to analyse the images you can see. All the questions which appear during meditating when images emerge can disturb the process. Leave them to the end, when you get out from meditation.
11. I Don’t Understand
What can you do, if you can see the images perfectly but do not understand them? Ask your soul for help:
MY DEAR SOUL, PLEASE HELP ME, I DON’T UNDERSTAND THESE IMAGES.
If you do not understand the meditation, it may mean that your mind and soul are not connected during the process. Then go back to the relaxing state and ask your soul for an explanation.
You need to remember that the spiritual world is the world without logic, time and science. The Source has always been because He/She has created the time. There is no beginning and end, instead, we have infinity.
Many people do not embrace the genius of God because their minds would explode then. They do not understand, because it is a hard process for someone who has controlled the process from a single atom to the complex beings.
Moreover, you might not understand billions of different beings, billions of planets and billions of rules on each of them. In addition, when you get out of your consciousness and body as a spiritual being, it is hard to comprehend it with your mind.
But… you CAN describe your spiritual world by:
ALL HAS BEEN CREATED BY LOVE AND IT IS LOVE.
12. Meeting Other Civilisations And Reading Their Messages
During meditation, it is very probable that you will meed an alien which may be strange or even trigger fear. Then you need to use the filter of the truth and selflessness.
I WANT TO SEND A MESSAGE TO YOU AND YOUR PLANET SELFLESSLY AND IN FULL TRUTH.
Show them your light and then those who come from the darkness will stop threatening and generating fear. The being of the light will never show you your superiority over other beings, not only people. You will never feel like a Messiah because all the beings are equal. Only demons and other beings of the darkness might tempt you to think like the chosen in the Universe, superior over others.
In a Nutshell
Today I have described you six more subtle and dangerous pitfalls which may happen during meditation. Some of them include: beating up oneself, having negative beliefs about meditating, including disbelief in God.
