Master Energy Investment In Spiritual Life

Those who follow my blog know that I have written many posts about energy and vibrations. Not many people, though, know how to invest this precious asset. Let’s learn how to do it.

What is Energy Investment

In the shortest, it is sowing the seeds which will shoot and then bring crops, harvested in the later time. The Law of Cause and Effect is the main reason why you need to be aware of your energy investment, asking constantly:

And obviously, we want to reap happiness, health, live, joy, lightness and abundance. How seldom, though, can we enjoy these crops?

Kinds of Investment

Our energetic field is composed of five layers. These layers are where our mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional characteristics are stored. They can be in balance or out of balance

Four of them have specific activities which are energy investments. Note that some activities involve more than one layer, e.g. being in a relationship.


The physical layer is seen, heard, smelled, tasted and you can obviously touch most of your body parts. This layer deals with the physiology and all the processes necessary to survive. Here are some types of energy investment we do using the physical layer:

  • Eating,
  • Doing exercises,
  • Sleeping,
  • Having sex,
  • Any physical work,
  • Dancing,
  • Singing.


The etheric layer is located up to one-half inch from the physical body. Spiritual practitioners or people having special potentials who can psychically sense this layer can describe it as feeling much like a spider web, sticky, even stretchy. The etheric energy body has also been referred to as the blueprint or holograph of the physical body.

It is hard to specify the kinds of energy investment on that layer. However, it is very active during telepathy, sleep, meditation and hypnosis.

The emotional layer of our energy body is the third one. Your feelings and fears reside there. This layer can be quite volatile when you are experiencing extreme high or low emotions. Examples of energy investment include

  • Building and maintaining relationships (on an emotional level),
  • Having sex (on an emotional level),
  • Interpersonal interactions,
  • Some professions involving emotional contact (e.g. a psychologist).


This is the layer from which your ideas spring and where your belief systems are stored and your thoughts are assimilated and sorted out, and where you keep your personal truths or perceptions based on your experiences. Mental energy investment include:

  • Learning and studying – foreign languages and other skills,
  • Communication,
  • Thinking,
  • Analysing,
  • Solving problems,
  • Any work which requires mental activity,
  • Playing mental games,
  • Any other intellectual activity.

The spiritual layer of the human energy field is the final one It is the place where your “consciousness” or “higher awareness” resides, tying you not only to your past lives but also to universal consciousness. Activities involving energy investment in the spiritual layer include:

  • Praying,
  • Meditation,
  • Contemplating nature,
  • Walking on the beach with the intention of charging with the energy of Mother Earth,
  • Spending time with pets or other animals, especially cats and dolphins.

When and How Can You Invest Your Energy?

Whether you want it or not, you invest energy all the time, even if it is done unconsciously. It would be much better to do this process with intention so that you could create more positive energy and create happiness, health, love and abundance in your life. Then you sow better seeds and will reap better crops.

However, we all undergo life cycles. Their examples include:

  • the solar cycle, known as the seasons (spring, summer, autumn, winter, solstices and equinoxes),
  • the lunar cycle (the new, waxing, full and waning Moon),
  • the menstrual cycle (women),
  • the cycle of a relationship (i.e. courting, getting married, having kids, raising kids, empty nest, widowing, death)
  • the day cycle (i.e. day and night, biological clock) and activities auspicious during them.

There are activities auspicious for each phase of the cycles listed above. I will give you some examples below. However, the cycle of a relationship is so complex that I will skip it because each of the phases mentioned has challenges and blessings and involves all the layers of the human energetic field. Let me just mention that sexual initiation, getting married and giving birth involves most of the couple’s energy and are the best examples of intentional its investment.

The Solar Cycle

Do your best to live according to these cycles. For example, in the summer make the most of staying out in the sunlight to accumulate vitamin D. Winter, on the other hand, will help you to recharge your batteries by longer sleep.

The Lunar Cycle

In the case of the lunar cycle, start new projects during the New Moon and continue watering the seeds until the Full Moon day. It is also a great time to invest into anything, especially your health and beauty (taking supplements, going to the beauty salon, to the gym) Then, since the Full Moon to New Moon day remove anything that is harmful, do a detox, go on a diet, give up addictions, change bad habits.

The Menstrual Cycle

Women know when the time of period comes and it is the most vulnerable time of them – they can get injuries or become sick very easily. Therefore, whenever it is possible in today’s busy life, women are advised to take more rest around menstruation.

The Daily Cycle

You obviously know that the night is for sleep and the day for any other activity. However, in order to stay healthy, you need to follow some more precise rules. Here are the examples:

  • avoid carbohydrates before noon because your body is more insulin-resistant then,
  • go to bed around 10 pm because the best quality of sleep is from 10 pm to 2 am,
  • eat your last meal not later than 7 pm.

Today you have learnt how to invest energy in your life. You do it by using five layers: physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual. We invest energy all the time, mostly unconsciously so that it is important to do this process with intention. Also, be aware of the life cycles and make the most of them. Good luck.
