Health is one of the areas of life for which we should take responsibility, especially today, at the tiems of coronavirus and alol the panic resulting from it. But how to tackle this challenge?
4 And More Ways How To Take Responsibility For Your Health
I will not discover America here. However, from my own perspective, taking responsibility for your health includes the issues described below. I have divided them into categories so that it is easier to apply the recommendations.
1. Proper Nutrition
This one is obvious as the proverb “You are what you eat” is up-to-date 24/7, 365/6 days in each year. If you do not believe me, do an experiment. For a week, break all the recommendations described in this post and check your complexion, fitness, maybe even weight. Then follow the rules and notice the difference
I mean coffee, all food and drinks containing caffeine, energy drinks and sugar. In the case of coffee, it is not clear if coffee is harmful or beneficial for your health. However, if you cannot sleep at night, have headaches and are too vigil, caffeine is not recommended for you. My next post will help you to eradicate your addictions.
Today’s wheat is not the same one as the one thirty years ago. In most cases, it is genetically modified, sprayed with glyphosate and containing the agents which irritate our bowels and cause allergies, not only gluten. Avoid Drugs And Alcohol
It is obvious that alcohol and drugs are harmful to our health. Let’s just look at only one human organ, the liver An abundance of alcohol can ruin the liver, which job it is to break down harmful substances in the body. This can lead to hepatitis, jaundice and cirrhosis, which is the buildup of scar tissue that eventually destroys the organ. Drugs are even more noxious, to all your body and to the brain in particular.
Take Care Of Your Hydration
Dehydration occurs when more water and fluids leave the body than enter it. Even low levels of dehydration can cause headaches, lethargy, and constipation. It is especially harmful to pregnant women and the fetus, elderly people and ill people. You need to drink minimum 8 glasses of water and in the case of hot weather or intense physical activity – even more.
Milk is not the natural kind of food for us, especially the cow one. We do not need growing horns like calves. Moreover, lactose is indigestible, only a couple of people have enzymes doing the job. Casein is responsible for epilepsy and diarrhoea.
Base Your Diet On Fats
It is proved that a ketogenic diet is more efficient for the brain than the one based mainly on carbohydrates. Ketosis is a completely normal metabolic function. It happens, when your body does not have enough glucose for energy. Then it burns stored fat instead. Glucose is created when carbohydrates are broken down inside your body. Cutting carbohydrates from your diet produces less glucose for your body to burn up and then it is replaced with fats This produces acids called ketones. The goal is to force the body to derive its fuel from fat, rather than carbs.
Use Regular Fasts
You do not need to fast 40 days in a row. Just Ekadashi once or twice a month plus three days before the New Moon will do. You can also use Dabrowska fast (only low-IG vegetables and fruits are allowed) and Intermittent Fast (i.e. not eating for e.g. 12-18 hours in a given day.) However, do not fast if you are pregnant and always talk to the doctor in the case of chronic illnesses.
Take the necessary Vitamins And Supplements
I will not give you a precise recipe for the supplementation because everybody is different and without proper blood tests and/or element analysis of your hair you cannot set a proper dose. However, the brutal truth is that today we have much fewer vitamins dissolved in fats in our diet. Also, above the latitude of Rome, between September and March it is an absolute must supplement vitamin D3 + K2 MK7, and in countries like Ireland – nearly all year because of many cloudy days. Apart from vitamins, we also need iodine and microelements, like selenium or zinc.
2. Take Care Of Your Fitness
Everybody wants to be fit. We all hear about fitness on TV and from our friends. However, what do you actually do to keep fit?
At the times of sedentary lifestyle sitting straight and keeping the right posture is a must. If you work in the office, follow these rules. Apart from sitting straight, they also suggest doing some exercises, e.g. a 60-minute power walk which helps to counteract the negative effects of prolonged sitting and engages the muscles needed for good posture. Remember to sit straight all the time, including watching TV or at the party.
Choose the fitness program appropriate for you. Even the 30-minute moderate activity minimum 5 times a week is good for your cardiovascular system and stamina. If you add some exercises practised in the gym, the effect will be even more powerful.
No one wants to be unattractive, especially to the opposite sex. Excessive weight burdens your joints, especially knees and spine plus you are at higher risk of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. How to lose weight apart from eating less and doing more exercises? Detox your body and use regular fasts.
3. Detox your body
I have written two articles about detox last year and later this year I will broaden this topic. In the shortest, cleanse your colon, liver, kidneys, lungs, blood, lymph, joints, plus remove heavy metals. And remember to cleanse your body regularly plus avoid all the toxic agents whenever possible.
4. Be Considerate With Academic Medicine
I do not suggest stopping taking all tablets, especially in the case of chronic illnesses. However, look at the medical procedures with a pinch of salt. Think about it: does the academic medicine actually cure your disease or just use never ending treatment of symptoms?
No vaccine has been properly tested in the way as standard medications do. Each vaccine contains noxious substances, like aluminium, mercury, formaldehyde. Here is an example of the ingredient list. I want to point out, that sometimes you have no choice and have to be vaccinated, which is against freedom of choice.
Seek Various Kinds Of Treatment
Homoeopathy, acupuncture, acupressure, Chinese medicine, PaidaLajin, herbal medicine – these are only some examples of treatment you can use to cure your diseases. Apart from these practices, phantom operations, done during meditation and connection with the Source also work.
