It is obvious that the world is going through a transformation. The frequency of the Earth is rising and climatic changes are seen from the window. Meditation is more and more popular among people now. Can it transform our reality?

For a while, this meditation will not be guided at the time of broadcast but I will give you some guidelines on how to meditate efficiently. Some of them are available on my page Holistic Meditation.
How To Transform The World By Meditation
You might doubt how we can transform the world just by meditating. It might seem impossible to stop the climate crisis of the current challenge of coronavirus. You can notice that the current monetary system is shaking and people do not know what to expect.
However, there are some facts which show that we have a big influence on something. Let me mention two of them and back them up by the words of famous people:
The Power Of Thoughts

watch your habits, they become your character;

The Power Of Faith During Meditation

Beliefs are connected with faith. You are convinced that something is possible or not. In order to transform the world and your life, you need to believe that it will happen. In the case you do not hold this belief, check these articles and do all exercises described there:

How To Practise Meditation
Now the time has come to tell you about the meditation process. However, before you even think of meditating, check if you are ready. Here are some cases when you had better learn more about meditating before starting (check these articles: the mistakes during meditation and its follow-up.) Let’s come to the point.
1. Prepare Externally
You cannot meditate successfully without the right preparation. Your physical space, mind and soul have to be in alignment. Let’s start from the physical aspect of meditaion:
Find a place where no one will disturb you
It means turning off your phone or the radio/TV, communicating your family that you do not want to be disturbed. You do not want their energy to block the meditation process – mentally or by making noise. However, you can turn on a relax music, often associated with Solfeggio, 432 or 528 Hz frequencies. Here is an example:
Take a comfortable position
Sitting or lying in an uncomfortable position will drain you from the precious energy which you could use during mediation for your benefit and the world transformation lie do. Also, bend or slouched posture impede the energy flow, blocking your chakras.
So what are the best positions during mediation? I will describe two kinds of sitting and one lying positions
If possible try not to lean against the back of the chair. Scooch to the middle of the chair. You can also place a cushion or folded blanket under your sitting bones to tilt your hips forward. Putting a pillow behind your lower back supports so that you keep your back naturally straight and your head and neck aligned with your spine.
The second way of sitting includes the cross-legged on the floor. Sit on a cushion or a folded blanket so your knees are lower than your hips. In the case of sitting on a hard floor, a rug or blanket under your feet will cushion your ankles.
You can also lean against the wall or a sturdy piece of furniture. Put a soft pillow or two behind your lower back to make sure your spine is straight, in an upright position. If sitting cross-legged bothers your knees, stretch your legs out in front of you.
In this case, you just lie down on the floor, bed or any flat surface, with your spine straight. Place your hands on the side of your trunk or on your chest. Keep your legs connected or apart if you wish.

2. Prepare Your Mind
We usually experience a train of thoughts and mindfulness only happens occasionally. In order to meditate successfully, you need to calm down your mind and focus only on one thought. Therefore, command your mind by saying,
I am calm and relaxed. My body is resting together with me. All doubts, blockades, worries are flowing away. My energy is only focused on the light which will guide me to happiness, health and wealth.
You can also count down from 100 to 1. This method is used during hypnosis but can also be helpful here. Your goal is to focus on one thought only and travel with this thought.
3. Prepare Spiritually
Once your mind calms down, continue preparation for your meditation by visualising that you are at a beautiful place, liked and safe. It can be the beach, forest, meadow or garden. The choice is yours. The goal is to relax emotionally – feeling safe and comfortable in order to connect with your soul.
IMPORTANT: BEFORE YOU START MEDITATING, ALWAYS ASK FOR PROTECTION AND GUIDANCE YOUR SPIRITUAL GUARDIANS.
3. Practise Meditation
You can do it in two ways: visualising or saying aloud. In the first case, you visualise the stages of meditation that transform your life and the world. However, not all people have the skills of visualising. then say slowly what will be presented during meditation. Now let’s meet the basic stages of meditaion.
You cannot transform the world or your life without cleansing from negative forces. Just imagine that you reach the waterfall and go under it. Water is cleansing all your energetic impurities. You can name them: hexes, maledictions, spells, hook-ups, negative thoughts, blockades, thought forms and all other negative influences. Feel like it is actually happening. Give yourself some time to soak in the cleansing process.
In the case you find it hard to visualise, say:
I am under a beautiful waterfall. My body, mind and soul are being cleansed from hexes, maledictions, spells, hook-ups, negative thoughts, blockades, thought forms and all other negative influences.
Instead of the waterfall, you can visualise the Divine White Light, dissolving and burning all your physical, mental and spiritual impurities. Again if you cannot visualise, say.
My body, mind and soul are being cleansed by the Divine White Light.
Taking Action During Meditation
Now you can do many things to transform yourself and the world. In each case, visualise the issue or describe the process with faith. Remember that your meditation will not be efficient if you disbelieve in and question the process.
Now I will give you some examples of things which you can include to your meditation:
Visualise yourself on the meadow, grass or in the pond full of green water. You can also choose a tree. Feel the energy of these places, notice how it is transforming the energy of sickness in your body. You can also invite other people to be cured (and earlier cleansed by the water of the Divine White Light.)
This stage of meditation can have many options. You can use the Divine White Light to burn all the negativity over your home, the whole town/city or even the Earth. A big bin full of the Purple Divine Light is another example. You are putting all the negativity. e.g. this from mind control, to this bin and burn it with the Purple Divine Light. To express it by words, you can say:
I am dissolving all the negative energy of my space, town/city, country, the Earth. I am burning it with the Divine Purple Light.
These are only two examples of what you can du during a meditation. Transformations of the weather, monetary system, life values are also possible and I will do that all with you during my Saturday meditation.
Recharging Your Batteries
Sometimes you just need more energy. Practising meditation is work so some boost of energy is needed. You may even fall asleep during the process. there is nothing wrong in it. Just your soul and body need some rest. However, if you are awake, visualise yourself being on the beach and charging with the energy of Mother earth – the Sun, water, wind and earth. Also, in this case, you can describe the process by saying,
I am charging my body, mind and soul with the energy of the Sun, water, wind and earth.

5. End Meditation
Once you have charged with the energy of Mother Earth, end your meditation by counting: 3 – 2- 1 and open your eyes. Then visualise standing firmly on the ground so that your chakras are closed and you are grounded.
