Some time ago I wrote a post about responsible thinking. However, it is not the only issue within your responsibility. Learn what else is included to live happier and more fulfilled life in all dimensions.
What It Means “Responsible For Life”
In the shortest, you need to eliminate blame and excuses. Blame can concern three cases:
- other people,
Why blaming means no self-responsibility? Because in this case, you are shifting responsibility for your decisions and life to other beings.
Excuses, on the other hand, are all the reasons you give in order not to do something, not to change and stay in your comfort zone. You may rebel against your soul plan and want to stay at one level, but it means no progress and still the same lessons. To move forward, you need to leave the comfort zone with self-responsibility.
The 10 Things You Are Responsible For
Some of the things which I will describe below are obvious. Sometimes responsibility is joint, e.g. for our relationship or little children. However, even in the case of joint responsibility, your half is still applicable in your life. Here are the aspects of self-responsibility:
1. Your Time
Time is an irrevocable asset. Once wasted, it cannot be reclaimed. Hence, you are responsible for your time management. Ask yourself how much your daily activities contribute to your life. In other words – is your day productive or not?
Remember that in the spiritual life, time does not exist, however, because it is up to you how fast you will do your homework learning the values of Light. You might not measure time, but the number of incarnations necessary to complete a given level of your spiritual development.
Whether you believe in reincarnation or not, one lifetime is a short time span and as I wrote above, time is an irrevocable asset. We all have goals and dreams. therefore, use your time wisely to focus on the achievement of what you want.
Take a diary and list your main activities from the last week. Then write down which of them contributes to this year’s goals which you have set in January.
It also applies to your spiritual life. Do you spend your time on things which enable you to grow? Remember about the law of Cause And Effect. It is up to you what you will reap in
Remember that spiritual life is a kind of game. You are learning new values of the light all the time and it is up to you how fast you will pass a given level. When you waste your time for things which do not contribute to your spiritual growth, your pathway of coming back to the Source elongates considerably.
2. Your Relationships
Your responsibility comprises the quality of communication, meetings, mutual understanding, dealing with challenges together, active listening and assertiveness when necessary. This paragraph concerns the current intimate relationship.
However, we all often have had at least one relationship before. Check what kind of connection binds you with your exes. I do not mean reestablishing a relationship with them. Just check if you have forgiven them all, i.e. have let all the past baggage go. If not, your current relationship may be in trouble. Do not forget to forgive yourself, too, all the wrong decisions made while choosing your exes.
Other Relationships Within Your Responsibility
You are not responsible for the quality of your intimate relationship only. It concerns the quality of EACH relationship you have with other people: your boss, each your co-worker, your family, your neighbour, your acquaintances.
Moreover, you are also responsible for the quality of relationships with other beings – animals, plants and even extraterrestrial beings. Do your best to live with them in peace.
I will write a few words about eating meat here. Veganism raises vibrations considerably, because then you respect all the animals, although not everyone is ready straight away to dump eating meat of diary. Let’s go further, you are responsible for how you treat other animals which are not usually nice, like flies, wasps or mice.
You always need to give 100% of commitment from your side, even though your responsibility is limited to a part depending on the number of the people involved in the relationship.
3. Your Quality of Life
You are responsible for the quality of your daily routine, your meals, the standard of cleanliness in your house. It also includes the quality of your sleep and work, the way you are sitting or walking, the level of comfort your clothes bring to you.
In the case of spiritual life, you are responsible for the level of your vibrations, your thinking, attitude towards God and Mother Earth, how you are learning the values of the light.
Look critically at your day right now and ask yourself: What is the quality of my life? Am I happy with it? If not – what can I do to improve the quality of my life?
Write down the answers to these questions in a diary on which you can reflect later and take action in order to correct some areas of your life which need improvement.
In a Nutshell
Today you have learnt the first three areas of life for which you are solely responsible. They comprise time management, the quality of your relationships and your life in general. The next seven areas will be described in my next post, so stay tuned to my blog.
