It is obvious that you are responsible for at least ten areas of your life. You could learn the first three from my last post. Today I will describe the remaining seven ones.

What It Means To Be Responsible For Your Life

As I wrote in my last article, being responsible means no blaming or making excuses. You are not supposed to blame people, circumstances and yourself for a given status quo, your time management or the quality of your relationships. It is only up to you how happy and fulfilled your life will become.

You have already learnt that you are responsible for:

  • time management,
  • the quality of your relationships,
  • the overall quality of your life.

Today you will learn the rest of the areas in your life for which you are responsible.

4. Your Physical Fitness And Health

It is obvious you should take care of your fitness. But the brutal truth shows you sitting too much, often with bad posture, or lying on the couch watching TV. Unfortunately, your body eventually reminds you about the problem or you will receive a tough bill during old age, e.g having difficulty with walking or bending.

You do not need to have professional training unless you are too much overweight or posture defects like scoliosis, or are a professional sportsperson. In other cases, moderate exercise adjusted to your age and fitness and the right posture is enough.

Health also means proper nutrition and sleep. You are responsible for each nib of food or ounce of drink put or poured into your mouth. Be aware of the consequences of eating wheat, sugar, dairy, processed food, heavy drinking, combining carbs with proteins and other unhealthy habits. The list is too long to mention all here.

5. Your Self-Fulfillment

It is the fulfilment of your hopes and ambitions. No one will act to make your dreams true or to achieve your goals. It is totally in your hands how:

  • many and how you will achieve happiness and how fulfilled will be your life,
  • you will use the power of your thoughts to help you to make your dreams reality,
  • to make the most of your job and family life.

Describe in writing now what self-fulfilment means to you at present. Then brainstorm and list the ideas in what way you are responsible for the achievement of that goal.

6. Your Emotional Balance

No excuses here, although you HAVE the right to feel down sometimes. But only sometimes and then you are responsible for how long your depression or other negative states will last. No negative emotion is worth holding on to it for a long time. It has to be noticed, but then you need to get shot of it as soon as possible – and find the reason why you are feeling this way so that you can eliminate it in the future.

For example, you can use meditation or affirmations to release negative emotions, chakra cleansing and prayers also help. Sometimes just talking to a friend or a professional changes your mindset.


7. Your Enjoyment Of Life

No one will organise your fun time. People can help you, but the ultimate responsibility is yours. And I mean enjoyment in each area and aspect of your life: the professional, emotional, sexual, financial and spiritual.

Take your diary and describe what it means to enjoy your work, family life, money, sex and what your soul will enjoy the most. Then decide that since now you will take full responsibility to enjoy your life to the fullest.

8. Your Financial Status

Yes, you ARE responsible for your finances, even if you do not work and bring up children. You need to have some knowledge about the financial world in case your partner dies or something happens that you will have to manage finances.

If you work or run a business, avoid debts, pay bills on time, look for new sources of income and keep your money safe. If you have a low-payed job and complain about it – the time has come to change it for a better-paid one. Take responsibility which means taking action to improve your situation in a case of crisis.

9. Your Spiritual Life

You do not need to believe in God. However, the existence of soul and energy flow is documented by scientists so even atheists can recognise something more than figures and facts. However, if you believe in God and take care of your spiritual life, your responsibility is obvious for the quality of vibrations you emanate. You also need to follow the values of the light. 10. Other Things Not Mentioned Above

The list of the areas where your responsibility is obvious is not finished here, it is only the tip of an iceberg. But the truth is that the more responsible you become in these areas, the happier will be your life. Then you will also notice more aspects to take responsibility for.

Today I have presented you the remaining seven areas where your self-responsibility lies. They include your finance, fun time, spiritual life, self-fulfilment, emotional balance, health and fitness and others, not mentioned here and in my last article.
